A Festival of Traditional Irish & Newfoundland Music, Song, and Dance

Join us in 2020 as we celebrate our 11th anniversary!

Féile Séamus Creagh is a festival of Traditional Music, Song and Dance from Newfoundland and Ireland. It is held in memory of the late fiddle master Séamus Creagh. The festival features top performers, and indeed, tradition bearers from both the Newfoundland musical tradition, and its forebear, the Irish musical tradition.

Féile 2019 all Finished

Another year done for Féile Séamus Creagh. We had a blast and we hope you did too. Thanks to everyone who supported our festival; billets, volunteers, hosts, those who cooked for us all as we travelled around the Avalon, to Pat Janes for a fantastic job on sound, to anyone else who helped along the way, and thanks once again to our sponsors. A huge thanks also to our performers Matt Cranitch, Jackie Daly, Paul de Grae, Anita Best, Sandy Morris, Méabh Begley, Niamh Varian-Barry, Bryan Poirier, Kiersten Fage, Edwina Guckian, Michael O’Rourke, Billy Sutton, Aaron Collis, Fergus O’Byrne, Tickle Harbour and Rob Slaney. It was great to have you all here. Safe travels home.
